Bram’s hiring follows a series of strategic executive hires that solidify Hapi’s customer-centered growth plans, ensuring the right processes are in place to see customers through deployment to customer success. He will be tasked with overseeing the complete customer journey, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded in a timely and accurate manner.
Bram brings a unique approach to enterprise-level account management in hospitality technology, helping companies move beyond customer support into customer success and maximize the value they receive from technology.

Bram spent 10 years at Cendyn, a hospitality technology platform, in senior roles that ranged from account management to solutions engineering. As the company grew, he helped build new global teams and aligned strategies and goals among departments. His new role allows him to return to a customer-facing position where he can have maximum impact on customer success.
The addition of Bram will accelerate Hapi’s mission to help hotel companies drive loyalty and enable differentiated guest experiences by connecting hospitality systems at scale.
